Our story began when CHI (big sister) & EM (little sister) came to Canada in 2018

​

Inspired by other family in Canada with cherished restaurants, we dreamed about doing the same

 

Since we dearly missed the Vietnamese street food from our youth, we knew these were the flavors we wanted to share with our city, that everyone in Edmonton could enjoy

So, with an open heart and the help of mom (Cô Thảo), we are delighted to share our amazing cuisine with you

The two sisters of CHI & EM (Le and Ha) learned Japanese restaurant  management after coming to Canada

 

Ha fell in love with the cuisine, especially after visiting Japan — So, with that love, the two sisters prepare Japanese dishes alongside their signature Vietnamese cuisine
